While at the Cle nightclub in Houston, Texas last month, Justin Bieber smashed a phone belonging to one Robert Earl Morgan, who is a local sales director. According to the petition filed against the singer, Mr Robert claimed Justin smashed his phone after he attempted to take a snacpchat video of him (Justin) drinking from a beer pong.

He was clearly a novice because as he attempted to chug his beverage through the beer-bong,” reads the petition that repeatedly misspell the singer’s last name. “He miscalculated the amount of beer he could intake and beer spilled all over himself, his clothes, and his face.”

Justin Bieber noticed this, took the phone from the man and even when Robert promised to delete the snap, Justin still went ahead and smashed the phone.

“Bieber smashed Morgan’s telephone into pieces and had his security detail toss Morgan out of the area where Bieber was located,” the petition continued.

Robert claims the picture consists of a SIM card with photos of his grandmother’s 100th birthday and valuable business contacts that were never recovered.
