Now, the investigation by the police has been completed and Caitlyn could be charged with a misdemeanor manslaughter charge, which carries a sentence of up to 1 year- hence if Caitlyn is charged and convicted, she could be going to jail for 1 year. Except some plea deal is worked out.

“We did determine in the investigation that Jenner was going at an unsafe speed for the prevailing conditions, even though he was traveling under the posted speed limit. But, Jenner didn’t commit gross negligence, Curry said.
